This is a robot made with energy and spirit, a sort of simple energy golem.
Rather than being cold and carefully dileneated, he is broad, bold and vividly colored.

Live ambidextrous performance painting with Shanti Groove (w/ Vince Herman) in early 2006 done locally in Eugene, OR. A great show and a lot of fun to rock out to!

This is my second experiment of the new school blend of multimedia art and ambidextrous painting done in my studio with a stop watch - to make sure I could actually do this live on stage!

Live ambidextrous performance painting with Meltone done at the Goodfoot in Portland, OR. The band told me before the show that they wanted to spread love and good vibes with their music - so I imagined the four of them as angels focusing their energies to make a winged heart spreading their vibes around the US.

The first experiment of the new school blend of multimedia art and ambidextrous painting done in my studio with a stop watch - to make sure I could actually do this live on stage! The intention was to visualize blending elements of life, death, nature and transformation in 3-D art in an hour or less.

Live ambidextrous performance painting with Meltone done at the Goodfoot in Portland, OR. The band told me before the show "we want to explode from the underground"; as soon as they said that, I imagined the piece with worms shooting into the sky, shocked by "underground explosion". The "candy cane" is a surprised worm. (I left my earth tones at home!)

Live ambidextrous performance painting with HeavyWeight Dub Champion done on Earthday (4/20/07)in Eugene, OR @ the Fenario Gallery. This was the first live performance of the new school blend of multimedia art and ambidextrous painting. (Another piece done at the show is currently in HWDC's studio.) This piece is meant to visualize the hands of caring people showering blessings upon the earth for its collective protection.

Live ambidextrous performance painting with Meltone done at the Connecticut Yankee in San Francisco, CA. I was very squished in a tiny space and I thought I would be most able to make pieces without a lot of complexity, but more like visual cheers for them.
In this piece, I imagined little jellyfish coming out to proclaim the greatness of Meltone in unison!

They mentioned to me before that they wanted to send a "hug to the US" while simultaneously going over in a big way... I imagined both at once with a Huggzilla embracing the US while using its powers for good, rather than smashing cities and eating miniature trains.
